Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare mangoes
    Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice into small cubes.

  2. Add ingredients to blender
    Place mango pieces, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.

  3. Blend
    Blend on high speed for about 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  4. Check consistency
    If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

  5. Taste and adjust
    Add more honey if you want a sweeter flavor.

  6. Serve immediately
    Pour into tall glasses.

  7. Garnish
    Add small mango cubes or mint leaves on top before serving.
