2¼ tsp yeast

1 cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings

1 cup tomato sauce

200 g fresh mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Prepare dough
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes. -
Mix ingredients
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. -
Knead dough
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth. -
Let rise
Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour. -
Preheat oven
Heat oven to 220°C (425°F). -
Shape pizza
Roll dough into a circle. -
Add sauce
Spread tomato sauce evenly. -
Add cheese
Place mozzarella slices on top. -
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes. -
Finish
Add fresh basil and drizzle olive oil.
